On Saturday, March 4 2023 the first of African Economic Restoration Day was hosted at One Eloff.
The day was declared during the monthly women service in February at The Revelation Spiritual Home as a form to revive the spirit of elevating black owned businesses and having African people have the economy circulate amongst them.
“If Africans unite just like the Jews, they too will be able to uplift their economy” said Dr Radebe addressing the large crowds that came out in numbers to support the vision towards the upliftment of the black economy.
The day incorporated of black business owners selling their products giving a market day setting moreover exposing these businesses to a larger clientele.
A performance by Ntsika, a multi-award winning songwriter, dynamic performer and lead composer (just to name a few) shook the crowd with his Sabela song and then with Abaphilisi bomoya Choir performed their Makubenjalo single, released on 3 March 2023. More performances concluded the day by ZeeFola, Stevovo and Skroof Ace.
