The Bar owner leased the rooftop area from Trillion Cart Investments after this successful conglomerate purchased the building with the aim to elevate black owned businesses and introduce people to the definition of black excellence.
The No.One Eloff building was a Commercial and Residential property that drew in the inner city dwellers, giving them an experience of blended vibes ranging from restaurants, bars, shops and art studios that were situated here.
However the struck of Covid-19 ripped this building of its unique and vibey ambiance.
Trillion Cart Investments purchasing No. One Eloff rebirthed the building that simply died, with refurbishing the building, giving it an alluring appearance and different business owners’ ready to tackle the economy.
The rooftop is the ideal place to have any celebration with a breath-taking and eye-catching view of the city and Sabawel Lifestyle Cocktail and Bar is the crown jewel of No.One Eloff to host Johannesburg’s magnificent views.
