On Saturday, March 22, 2025, a momentous milestone was achieved as the African Association for Indigenous Spirituality (AAFIS) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the United Religions Initiative (URI-Africa) represented by Ambassador Mussie Hailu, who is the Regional Director, in Orlando Stadium, Johannesburg.
