On December 8, 2024 the African Association for Indigenous Spirituality (A.A.F.I.S) was officially launched at the Century City Conference Centre in Emangalisweni with the attendance of AmaHlubi, AmaZulu, Eswatini and Bapedi Royal Houses with honorable guests from the five of the SADC countries and abroad, also in attendance was The Revelation Spiritual Home’s Upper House and Council members, the UPF delegation and Amasosha, The Blue Nation.
Founded and chaired by an African Indigenous Spirituality Guider and Leader, (A.A.F.I.S) is a council established to represent the interests of African Indigenous Spirituality leaders and organizations for the purpose of restoring African pride and dignity.
In their respective spaces, traditional healers, organizations and academia from parts of South Africa, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Eswatini have emplaned onto this journey towards the restoration of Africa’s treasure.
In order to expand its reach and open a new chapter for Africa, the African Forum for Religious and Spirituality Liberty (A.F.R.S.L.) officially launched its forum and appointed Imboni Dr. uZwi-Lezwe Radebe as its chairman and coordinator for the continent. This initiative recognizes and respects interfaith and faith-based organizations while recognizing the existence of religious diversity.
As he continues to guide with exceptional wisdom, Imboni Dr. uZwi-Lezwe Radebe deserves great applauds on these accomplishments.
