Founded on 9 February 2013, the branch located in Alexandra township in Gauteng has been idling in its upkeep for quite some time, however Imboni/iGogo Dr. uZwi-Lezwe Radebe’s stringent spiritual revelation teachings, Amasosha amassed not only to keep their spiritual home, but also bringing dignity to the branch descending from the only existing African indigenous spiritual institution, The Revelation Spiritual Home.
On Sunday 10 September 2024, abakwaBhungane welcomed Imboni/Igogo Dr. uZwi-Lezwe Radebe to their newly dignified spiritual institution, rectifying the ideology of African Indigenous Spirituality being perceived as uncouth. The Alexandra branch hailed as kwaBhungane on Sunday 23 July 2023, when they presented a lion head taxidermy to TRSH’s ikhaya leBhubesi. AbakwaBhungane welcomed Imboni this Sunday with gifts of gratitude to Inkosi yoMoya and the Great Spirit Guide, uMabizw’asabele.
“We are thrilled to have Imboni pay us a visit as we get to fully express our gratitude for having gotten us out of a shack and found us a place to properly call home”, said TRSH’s kwaBhungane senior leader, Bab’uMkhize.
As Amasosha celebrated abakwaBhungane’s remarkable improvement, a monumental stone of their accomplishment was unveiled. “This stone serves as remembrance of where this branch began including their achievements. We need to take pride in our African Indigenous Spiritual institutions”, said Imboni/Igogo Dr. uZwi-Lezwe Radebe.
